1). Original and Photocopy of Academic Certificate(s).

2). Receipt for the payment of school fees.

3). Original and Photocopy of the current tax clearance certificate of your parent/guardian.

4). Original and photocopy of Local Government Identification Letter.

5). Letter of Guarantor from a reputable person in the society who will be in a position to vouch for good behaviour throughout your stayin the College.

6). Six (6) recent passport-size photographs.
